By using Startup Feedback (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.

What the service is

Startup Feedback is a free platform where founders exchange feedback on their startups and landing pages. To publish your own startup, you complete a few reviews the service assigns you. When there is nothing for you to review, your submission is a free pass — there is no balance to track and nothing is owed.

Your account

You sign in with your email via a magic link. You’re responsible for the security of your email inbox and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old. The service is for adults only.

Honest reviews & acceptable use

• Give genuine, good-faith feedback. Don’t submit empty, spammy, or low-effort reviews just to get published.
• Don’t post unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Don’t submit startups you have no right to represent, or links to malware or scams.
• Don’t attempt to abuse, automate, or game the review-gating system.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. By posting a startup, you grant us permission to display it publicly on the service. By leaving feedback, you grant us permission to show that feedback privately to the startup’s owner. You’re responsible for the content you post.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that you’ll receive any feedback, or feedback of any particular amount, quality, or speed. Feedback on the platform is the opinion of other users — we don’t verify it and it isn’t professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startup Feedback and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
